We absolutely love the styling of the wedding, the morning session was beautiful filled with chinese wedding tradition. Both bride and groom were in traditional chinese outfits. It was beautiful to see everyone in traditional wear, and we must love the small tiny details put in to decorate the couples respectful homes. It was indeed a joyous occasion filled with laughter from the bridal gatecrash games to the touching moments during the tea ceremony.

The couple held their ceremony just before the dinner banquet in the Grand Ballroom of The Westin, KL. As they exchanged vows in front of their wedding guests. Here is a little love story written by the loving couple :-

We met in 2005 in College and had the same classes. Andrea would always be sitting in the most front row and Darrel would always be sitting at the most back row in lecture rooms. We were friends for 2 years before we were in a relationship. We suppose that is why we have a relationship of 10 years and counting, because our relationship truly grew from friendship.

Memorable moments are the travel adventures and new experiences we had together like going for an onsen in Kyoto, a hamam in Istanbul, catamaran sailing in Perth, hot air balloon rides in Cappadocia, going up to the Sagrada Familia in Barcelona, going up to the Empire State Building in New York. Our first trip together as a couple was Tokyo, and it was followed by Sydney, Melbourne, Hong Kong, Bangkok, Ho Chi Minh, New York, Chicago, St. Louis, London, Barcelona, Istanbul, Paris and Tunis.

Darrel proposed in W Hotel Istanbul in March 2017. When we arrived Istanbul and was checking into the hotel, we were personally led to our room by the hotel manager. As Andrea stepped into the room without suspecting anything, there were rose petals leading to the connected private cabana decorated with 9 nos. of photos of Darrel and Andrea. One photo for each year we were together. That was where he went on one knee and proposed under the cabana.
