EQ Hotel Wedding | Day 3 – Mehndi Party

Day 3 of the wedding of Naveen & Nithya continues in EQ Hotel. The wedding continues with the Mehndi party in a beautiful roof top garden area situated on EQ Hotel itself.

If you have browsed to this posting and wonder what happened during the day 1 , day 2 and day 2 – night of the wedding, please feel free to click on the link to check out !

Continuing from this wedding, we just love how the venue is beautifully decorated and is especially beautiful to have an outdoor terrace to have a celebration like this one. Somehow the Mehndi wedding party celebration in EQ Hotel is perfect, as it has a beautiful green terrace on the roof top of the hotel over looking Kuala Lumpur.

So usually in Indian cultures, a wedding isn’t just one off “big day”-it is a series of celebrations occurring before and after the couple exchanges vows. The Mehndi party is essentially one of the most vibrant and fun of all the parties. A Mehndi party is the pre-wedding celebration in Hindu and Sikh culture when the bride has the red-orange mehndi “stain” applied to her palms, back of hands, and feet. Typically held the day before the wedding, the event often has a lounge feel, with colorful pillows and atmosphere of celebration.

Here is some of the photos that we captured during the Mehndi party celebration.
